A lead-free stretchable piezoelectric composite for human motion monitoring

, 2020
So far, many kinds of piezoelectric composite have been developed to prepare flexible motion sensors. However, some lead-based materials are harmful to human body and cannot be used for motion posture detection, despite their excellent performances.

A composite energy harvester based on human reciprocating motion

Review of Scientific Instruments, 2023
In this paper, a piezoelectric electromagnetic composite energy harvester is studied. The device consists of a mechanical spring, upper and lower base, magnet coil, etc. The upper and lower bases are connected by struts and mechanical springs and secured by end caps. The device moves up and down under the vibration of the external environment.

Biomimetic composite learning for robot motion control

2016 6th IEEE International Conference on Biomedical Robotics and Biomechatronics (BioRob), 2016
This paper focuses on biomimetic hybrid feedback feedforward (HFF) learning for robot motion control. Existing HFF robot motion control approaches have a major problem that accurate estimation of the robotic dynamics, which is crucial for mimicking biological control, is not taken into account. In this study, a composite learning technique is presented

Vacuum Arc Motion Characteristics on CuWCr Composites

Advanced Materials Research, 2011
The CuWCr composites were respectively fabricated by the mixture of W and Cr and WCr alloyed powders, followed by sintering and infiltration. Vacuum arcs on CuWCr composites were observed by a digital high-speed video camera. The morphologies of the composites before and after arc erosion were characterized by a scanning electron microscope.

Style-based motion analysis for dance composition

The Visual Computer, 2017
Synthesizing human motions from existing motion capture data is the approach of choice in most applications requiring high- quality visual results. Usually to synthesize motion, short motion segments are concatenated into longer sequences by finding transitions at points where character poses are similar.

Spectral characteristics and motion-compensated restoration of composite frames

IEEE Transactions on Image Processing, 1995
The practice of superimposing the fields of a frame is applied in various fields, for example, thermographic and biomedical imaging. The pictures obtained in this way, which are termed composite frames, are severely degraded if the scene's objects are not perfectly still.
