Photobiomodulated microglia release engineered extracellular vesicles that deliver UFL1 to the injured spinal cord. UFL1 competitively binds p53 with MDM2, inhibiting p53 ubiquitination and stabilizing p53 signaling. This dual mechanism simultaneously promotes anti‐inflammatory microglial polarization and directs neural stem cell differentiation toward

Online Compressive Covariance Sensing and Its Applications
Several sampling strategies, which compress an analog signal and recover it, are attracting attention. Representatively, compressive sensing (CS) can restore a sparse signal from its compressed one sampled at a lower rate than the Nyquist rate.

The cathode of proton exchange membrane water electrolyzers remains a poorly understood region despite its importance for hydrogen purity and operational safety. Operando synchrotron X‐ray radiography directly visualizes liquid water behavior and uncovers a transition from continuous to pulsating transport, providing new insight into multiphase ...

Optical imaging based on compressive sensing
Compressive Sensing (CS) is a new sampling framework that provides an alternative to the well-known Shannon sampling theory. The basic idea of CS theory is that a signal or image, unknown but supposed to be sparse or compressible in some basis, can be ...

Macrophage PABPC4‐SPP1 Axis Orchestrates Immunosuppression in Colorectal Cancer
In the CRC microenvironment, macrophage PABPC4 binds to the 3′UTR of SPP1 mRNA to stabilize its expression, thereby sustaining M2‐like immunosuppressive macrophage polarization. Concurrently, this axis suppresses CD8+ T cell effector functions via CD44 signaling, collectively fostering an immunosuppressive niche that drives tumor progression.

IL‐1β upregulates the protein level of WTAP, which promotes the m6A modification of ACSL4 mRNA in an IGF2BP2‐dependent manner, thereby enhancing its stability. The increased ACSL4 drives lipid peroxidation, leading to lysosomal membrane permeabilization (LMP) and impaired mitophagy, which collectively accelerate intervertebral disc degeneration (IVDD).
