Dielectric‐Doped 2D Tellurium Diodes for Zero‐Bias Radio Frequency Power Detection

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, Volume 10, Issue 11, November 2024.
This work presents a 2D Tellurium (Te)‐based radio frequency (RF) diode that exploits a dielectric doping technique to enhance its performance as a power detector. The atomic layer deposited Al2O3 is used to n‐type dope the Te flake to engineer the rectifying Schottky contact.

Dynamically Reconfigurable Micro‐Patterned Hydrogels Based on Magnetic Pickering Emulsion Droplets

open access: yesMacromolecular Rapid Communications, Volume 45, Issue 18, September 2024.
Self‐reconfigurable micro‐patterned hydrogels based on Pickering emulsion droplets stabilized by magnetic particles are fabricated. These particles harness energy from external fields so that hundreds of droplets organize into field‐guided patterns, which are immobilized within the hydrogels.
