A Large Area Hybrid Phototransistor Platform with Large Detectivity and Fast Response to NIR Light

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
A geometrically engineered tri‐channel architecture with a 4‐mm2 large sensing area is implemented in a hybrid multilayer phototransistor. The side channels electrically coupled to the 4 mm2 large central area enable efficient and fast detection of small perturbations of the charge density at the sensing surface, produced by a near‐infrared ...

Electrically‐Driven Metal‐Insulator Transitions Emerging from Localizing Current Density and Temperature

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
Negative differential resistance (NDR) is a key electronic response enabling two‐terminal artificial neurons. Interactions between electro‐thermal localizations and metal–insulator transitions (MITs) are investigated in a 3D multiphysics simulation of a lateral device. These findings demonstrate that the MIT nucleates in regions of high current density,

ULF Multi‐Key Tunable Magnetoelectric Antenna Array with Enhanced Communication Data Rate

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
This work presents a reconfigurable magnetoelectric antenna with a dual‐asymmetric cantilever structure. By adjusting its fixed boundary conditions, the antenna's resonant frequency is tunable over a 500 Hz range within the ultra‐low‐frequency (ULF) band.

Overcome Limited Efficiency in All‐Perovskite Tandem Solar Cells Upon Light Management at Top Perovskite‐ Transparent Electrode Interfaces

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
To further boost the PCE (power conversion efficiency) in all‐perovskite tandem solar cells (APTSCs), optimizing their optical structures is essential. In this study, it is found that the efficiency limitation in APTSCs is primarily due to reflective optical losses at the top perovskite interface.
