Hume's Perceptual Relationism [PDF]
My topic in this paper will be Hume’s claim that we have no idea of a vacuum. I offer a novel interpretation of Hume’s account of our ideas of extension that makes it clear why those ideas cannot include any ideas of vacuums, and I distinguish my ...

A Virtual Clinical Trial of Psychedelics to Treat Patients With Disorders of Consciousness
Disorders of consciousness after severe brain injury are marked by reduced complexity of brain activity and limited treatment options. Using personalized whole‐brain models, this study shows that simulated lysergic acid diethylamide (LSD) and psilocybin shift patient brain dynamics closer to criticality.

On Dialetheic Entailment [PDF]
The entailment connective is introduced by Priest (2006b). It aims to capture, in a dialetheically acceptable way, the informal notion of logical consequence.

This study develops a phosphorus‐doped cobalt single‐atom catalyst that enhances high‐valent cobalt–oxo species generation for water purification. This atomic‐level tuning boosts the catalyst's activity by 3.5 times, enabling efficient pollutant degradation. A continuous‐flow reactor achieves high, long‐term removal efficiency, producing water with low

Mapping Charge Interactions in Intrinsically Disordered Proteins
This study presents analytical models to predict intrachain distances in intrinsically disordered proteins (IDPs), accounting for charge patterning, salt concentration, and electrostatic effects. Validated against single‐molecule FRET data, a minimal‐parameter polymer model is identified that captures key interactions and chain dimensions. These models

Standard State Space Models of Unawareness [PDF]
The impossibility theorem of Dekel, Lipman and Rustichini has been thought to demonstrate that standard state-space models cannot be used to represent unawareness.

A Perspective on the Applications of Triphasic Gas Storage in Electrochemical Systems
Gas storage in microporous materials positioned locally at an electrode or electrocatalyst surface enhances electrochemical processes. Abstract Microporous materials store gases under dry conditions (e.g., hydrogen or oxygen via physisorption), but in some cases microporous materials also show triphasic (e.g., in a solid|gas|liquid system) gas storage ...
