Working conceptions of ?the law?
Law and Philosophy, 1982This exploratory essay is an admixture of amateur psychology, moral theory, and jurisprudence. It grows out of seminars I have given for judges, and reflects that focus.1 Co-theorists will now see some of what I have been telling practitioners. And error in my story may be exposed. The Psychoanalytic Quarterly, 1983Of all Freud's concepts, working through most completely characterizes the role of the patient in analysis. The Concept of ‘Working People’
Agrarian South: Journal of Political Economy: A triannual Journal of Agrarian South Network and CARES, 2017This article interrogates the concept of ‘working people’. Lenin and other classical Marxists commonly used terms like labouring people, working people, or rural poor. Typically, they were used as descriptive, or, at best, as terms of political art rather than theoretical science. The inspiration in this article for the use of the term ‘working people’
