LEGAL NATURE AND CONTENT OF THE CONCESSION AGREEMENT

open access: yesBulletin of the South Ural State University series "Law"
The author convincingly proves that the concession agreement is a named (independent) civil law contract. This agreement has a detailed, detailed legal regulation. A concession agreement can be qualified as a complex agreement, since it is a complex structural (multicomponent) agreement.

Cell‐cycle‐specific lesion evolution rather than inhibition of double‐strand‐break repair underpins cisplatin radiosensitization

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
We analyze cisplatin–DNA adducts (CDAs) and double‐strand breaks (DSBs) in a cell‐cycle‐dependent manner. We find that CDAs form similarly across all cell cycle phases. DSBs arise only in S‐phase. CDAs might not directly impair DSB repair, but S‐phase DSB lesions evolve in the presence of CDAs and disrupt repair in G2, also causing radiosensitization ...

Interpreting the effects of DNA polymerase variants at the structural level

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Using MAVISp and molecular dynamics simulations, we analyzed over 60 000 missense variants in POLE and POLD1 from ClinVar, COSMIC, cBioPortal, and saturation mutagenesis. Identified mechanistic indicators, including stability, binding, and long‐range, enable structural interpretation, providing ACMG‐like evidence for possible reclassification of VUS ...

Založno pravo na koncesiji na pomorskom dobru

open access: yesPoredbeno Pomorsko Pravo, 2009

Developmental programmes drive cellular plasticity, disease progression and therapy resistance in lung adenocarcinoma

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
This study shows that lung adenocarcinomas exploit developmental branching morphogenesis to acquire a therapy resistant basal‐like tumour cell state. This process was found to be regulated by combined TP53 loss‐of‐function and type‐I interferon signalling, identifying a novel axis for biomarker and therapeutic target discovery.

THE CONCESSION AGREEMENT AS A SPECIES OF THE DISTRIBUTION CONTRACT

open access: yes, 2018
The present work applied the methodology of the bibliographic research associated with a deductive method. Business relations are usually governed by contracts. Some contracts, by their object, are typical and unique without it unfolding other businesses, such as buying and selling for example. The automotive distribution agreement under Law 6,729 / 79

Stimulator of interferon genes agonist augmented antitumor immunity of osimertinib in Egfr‐mutated lung cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Combining osimertinib with the STING agonist ADU‐S100 activates innate and adaptive immunity to overcome the non‐inflamed microenvironment of Egfr‐mutant lung cancer. This combination increases NK and CD8+ T‐cell infiltration, associated with activation of the STING‐IRF3 pathway and local immunogenic cell death.
