A 12-year-old girl presented with complaints of unilateral nasal obstruction, headache, snoring, and nasal discharge of a two-year history. Physical and nasal endoscopic examination revealed a large lesion obliterating completely the left nasal cavity. A diagnosis of concha bullosa pyocele was made by computed tomography and biopsy.
