Laryngoscope Investigative Otolaryngology, Volume 10, Issue 5, October 2025.This study assessed CT findings in patients with β‐thalassemia, sickle cell anemia, and sickle cell–β‐thalassemia. Significant sinus wall thickening and rare cases of paranasal sinus extramedullary hematopoiesis were observed. These findings may resemble other pathologies and present diagnostic challenges.
