Abstract Hemobilia, or hemorrhage within the biliary system, is an uncommon cause of stent obstruction associated with bile duct strictures that are rarely observed with plastic stents. Reports of a pseudoaneurysm as a cause of hemobilia after plastic stent placement are also rare.

Concurrent Diagnosis of Superficial Esophageal Cancer and Esophageal Achalasia: A Case Report and Literature Review

ABSTRACT We report a case of a 70‐year‐old woman with esophageal achalasia and concurrent superficial esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. Three adjacent superficial lesions were resected en bloc by endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD), with no lymphovascular invasion.

CRABP2 plays a dual role in colorectal cancer: it promotes proliferation and suppresses apoptosis through the nuclear CRABP2/RB1 axis and the cytoplasmic AFG3L2/SLC25A39 axis. Meanwhile, it inhibits colorectal liver metastasis via AFG3L2/PINK1/Parkin‐mediated mitophagy.
