Reconnaissance Peptide Labeling Grain Boundary of Chemically Grown MoS2 Polycrystalline Monolayer
Self‐assembled peptides on substrates, through adsorption and aggregation, offer an alternative way to label grain boundaries in chemically grown single‐layer polycrystalline MoS2. During an early nucleation step, peptides preferentially bind to grain boundaries.

Influence of chemical substitutions on the charge instability of BaVS3
We study the influence of Sr substitutions on the structural counterpart of the MI transition of BaVS3. When Sr content increases, the commensurate CDW modulation of pure BaVS3 is changed into an incommensurate short range modulation that we attribute to

Nonlinear light–matter interaction at terahertz frequencies
Strong optical pulses at mid-infrared and terahertz frequencies have recently emerged as powerful tools to manipulate and control the solid state and especially complex condensed matter systems with strongly correlated electrons.

Neodymium‐Doped Nanocrystals for Sensing Cellular Temperature at the Nanoscale
Neodymium‐doped NaYF4 nanocrystals are engineered as bright, biocompatible nanothermometers for intracellular temperature mapping. Their ratiometric near‐infrared emission enables highly sensitive, nanoscale thermal readouts in living cells. Combined with gold nanostars for photothermal therapy, they reveal pronounced subcellular heating heterogeneity ...

A molecular model for strongly correlated electron systems
We present exact results for a diatomic molecule described by the Ansderson model which includes both on-site and intersite hybridization, as well as the on-site Coulomb repulsion between f- and conduction electrons (the Falicov-Kimball term).

QBP1 Peptide as a Potential Anti‐Amyloidogenic Therapy for Type 2 Diabetes: An In Vitro Study
The anti‐amyloidogenic peptide QBP1 effectively halts human islet amyloid polypeptide (hIAPP) aggregation, preventing the formation of toxic β‐structured intermediates. Through a combination of biophysical assays, molecular dynamics, and cell‐based studies, QBP1 is shown to preserve β‐cell viability and metabolic homeostasis, positioning it as a ...

Self‐Assembling Hybrid Hydrogel Reprograms the Stromal Vascular Fraction to Treat Osteoarthritis
This study presents a bioinspired injectable hydrogel that enhances the therapeutic potential of stem cell‐rich stromal vascular fraction for treating osteoarthritis. By reprogramming cell behavior through epigenetic modulation, the hydrogel promotes cartilage regeneration and reduces joint damage in a rat model, offering a promising new approach for ...

The 10B‐enriched monocarbonyl analog of curcumin (BMAC) 10B‐9 enables site‐specific Boron Neutron Capture Therapy (BNCT) on amyloid‐β (Aβ) fibrils. Neutron irradiation induces histidine oxidation and fibril destabilization, as revealed by 1H‐NMR and FESEM analyses.

This study demonstrates that iron overload triggers widespread chromatin compaction and transcriptional repression in human granulosa cells, recapitulating features of endometriosis. The epigenetic reprogramming is orchestrated by a TFEB‐SOX4‐SWI/SNF axis, with SOX4 acting as a central, dosage‐sensitive regulator.
