Supplemental mandibular Condyle
British Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, 1986A case of supplemental mandibular condyle is presented and possible aetiological factors are discussed. The value of computed tomography and of scintigraphy in the diagnosis of such cases is illustrated and surgical and histological details of an excised supplemental condyle are presented for the first time.

Headache: The Journal of Head and Face Pain, 2002
Objective.—Review the clinical features of occipital condyle syndrome. Background.—Occipital condyle syndrome consists of unilateral occipital region pain associated with ipsilateral 12th cranial nerve paresis. It is typically due to metastasis to the skull base and is underdiagnosed.

Pseudocysts of the mandibular condyle
Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, 1992The panoramic radiographs of 507 consecutive patients receiving comprehensive dental treatment were evaluated for the presence of radiolucencies in the mandibular condyles. Nine patients met the study criteria. Five patients had bilateral and four patients had unilateral circumscribed radiolucencies in the anterior aspect of the condyle.

Arterial Vascularization of the Mandibular Condyle and Fractures of the Condyle
Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery, 2018Background: Despite substantial displacements, fractures of the mandibular condyle rarely lead to necrosis. This illustrates the negligible role of the inferior alveolar artery in intraosseous supply to the condyle, and led to this systematization of its arterial vascularization. Methods:

Duplication of the occipital condyles
Clinical Anatomy, 2005AbstractThis article describes an extremely rare case, encountered in the anatomy laboratory, of a skull base found to have duplication of both occipital condyles. In addition, this specimen was noted to have a large bony excrescence near the basion, a small third occipital condyle, a left paracondylar process, elongation of the right styloid process ...

Fracture of the occipital condyle
American Journal of Roentgenology, 1978A 23-year-old male was involved in a motor vehicle accident 1 2 hr before he was admitted in acute respiratory distress. He was semicomatose and uncooperative. Skull radiography and cervical spine films were normal. After a tracheostomy was performed, the patient was placed on a ventilator.

Malignant Hemangiopericytoma of the Condyle
Journal of Craniofacial Surgery, 2012Hemangiopericytoma (HPC) is an uncommon vascular tumor arising from pericytic cells with variable malignant potential. Primary HPCs of the bone are extremely rare; however, involvement of the condylar process has not been reported. We presented a 21-year-old female patient with low-grade malignant HPC in the right mandibular condyle.

This report brings the total number of bifid mandibular condyles reported so far in the English-language literature to 15 cases. In addition, one dried specimen with two distinct condylar heads is reported. This rare anomaly does not appear to have a predilection for any particular race or either gender.

FRACTURES OF THE TIBIAL CONDYLES
The Journal of Bone and Joint Surgery. British volume, 19551. Sixty fractures of the tibial condyles have been reviewed. Fifty were treated by conservative measures and ten by operative reduction. The fractures are classified and the etiology, age incidence, mechanism of injury, methods of treatment, and results are discussed. 2. The indications for operative reduction are described. 3.
