Methods to improve antibody–drug conjugate (ADC) treatment durability in cancer therapy are needed. We utilized ADCs and immune‐stimulating antibody conjugates (ISACs), which are made from two non‐competitive antibodies, to enhance the entry of toxic payloads into cancer cells and deliver immunostimulatory agents into immune cells.

Coupled Fixed Point Theorems under Weak Contractions
Cho et al. [Comput. Math. Appl. 61(2011), 1254–1260] studied common fixed point theorems on cone metric spaces by using the concept of c-distance. In this paper, we prove some coupled fixed point theorems in ordered cone metric spaces by using the ...

Cone Metric Spaces over Topological Modules and Fixed Point Theorems for Lipschitz Mappings
In this paper, we introduce the concept of cone metric space over a topological left module and we establish some coincidence and common fixed point theorems for self-mappings satisfying a condition of Lipschitz type.

Pre‐analytical handling critically determines liquid biopsy performance. This study defines practical best‐practice conditions for cell‐free DNA (cfDNA) and extracellular vesicle–derived DNA (evDNA), showing how processing time, storage conditions, tube type, and plasma input volume affect DNA integrity and mutation detection.

Common Fixed Points of Two Mappings regarding a Generalized c-Distance over a Banach Algebra
In this article, applying the concept of a generalized c-distance in cone b-metric spaces over Banach algebra with a nonnormal solid cone therein, we establish several common fixed point theorems for two noncontinuous mappings satisfying the Han-Xu-type ...

Normal Cones and Thompson Metric [PDF]
The aim of this paper is to study the basic properties of the Thompson metric $d_T$ in the general case of a real linear space $X$ ordered by a cone $K$. We show that $d_T$ has monotonicity properties which make it compatible with the linear structure. We also prove several convexity properties of $d_T$ and some results concerning the topology of $d_T$,

Drawing Cone Spherical Metrics via Strebel Differentials [PDF]
Abstract Cone spherical metrics are conformal metrics with constant curvature one and finitely many conical singularities on compact Riemann surfaces. By using Strebel differentials as a bridge, we construct a new class of cone spherical metrics on compact Riemann surfaces by drawing on the surfaces some class of connected metric ribbon ...

We have established a humanized orthotopic patient‐derived xenograft (Hu‐oPDX) mouse model of high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC) that recapitulates human tumor–immune interactions. Using combined anti‐PD‐L1/anti‐CD73 immunotherapy, we demonstrate the model's improved biological relevance and enhanced translational value for preclinical ...

Quasicone Metric Spaces and Generalizations of Caristi Kirk's Theorem
Cone-valued lower semicontinuous maps are used to generalize Cristi-Kirik's fixed point theorem to Cone metric spaces. The cone under consideration is assumed to be strongly minihedral and normal.
