On an equivalence of topological vector space valued cone metric spaces and metric spaces
Using the scalarization method of \textit{W.-S. Du} [Nonlinear Anal., Theory Methods Appl., Ser. A, Theory Methods 72, No. 5, A, 2259--2261 (2010; Zbl 1205.54040)], the authors deduce several connections between TVS-cone valued metric spaces and standard metric spaces.

Quasi-contraction on a cone metric space
The authors define and study quasi-contractive mappings on a cone metric space. These mappings are a generalization of Ćirić's quasi-contractions. A lemma and a fixed point theorem are established for such mappings. This result generalizes the results of \textit{L.-G. Huang} and \textit{X. Zhang} [J. Math. Anal. Appl.

On cone metric spaces: A survey
Nonlinear Analysis: Theory, Methods & Applications, 2011The article is a very useful survey of different results connected with fixed point theorems in cone metric (\(K\)-metric) spaces \((X,d)\) with cone metric \(d(\cdot,\cdot)\) taking values in a cone \(P\) in a Banach space \(E\). In particular, the authors, in a short and easy way, prove that numerous fixed point results in cone metric spaces obtained
