NeoCast is a next‐generation, solvent‐free, non‐adhesive liquid embolic designed for indications where deep occlusion is desired (e.g., tumors and chronic subdural hematoma). This novel agent offers ideal embolic properties: injectability, controllability, excellent visibility, and biocompatibility.

Rod‐shaped particles outperform spherical particles of the same volume in preventing neutrophil infiltration to inflamed areas, both in vitro and in vivo. This therapeutic effectiveness is attributed to better cell targeting and decreased cell motility, resulting from the geometry‐driven phagocytosis and inhibited actin polymerization.

Metal–Organic Framework‐Based Antimicrobial Touch Surfaces to Prevent Cross‐Contamination
A MOF‐based antimicrobial door handle cover is developed. It completely inhibits the cross‐contamination of Gram‐positive bacterial species (Staphylococcus aureus, and Enterococcus faecalis), Gram‐negative bacterial species (Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and Acinetobacter baumannii), and fungi (Candida albicans). Abstract Infection diseases

In the previous topic you began a study of the important and widely used technique of confidence intervals. These procedures use a sample statistic to estimate a population parameter with an interval of values and a certain confidence level. This topic asks you to continue this study by considering sample survey results and the connection between ...
