Evaluation of a model of attention with confirmatory factor analysis.

Neuropsychology, 2000
Structural equation modeling (specifically, analysis of moment structures; J. L. Arbuckle, 1996) was used to evaluate the goodness of fit of a model of components of attention (A. F. Mirsky, B. J. Anthony, C. C. Duncan, M. B. Aheam, & S. G. Kellam, 1991) to neuropsychological test data from 2 samples.

The Sports Inventory for Pain: A Confirmatory Factor Analysis

Research Quarterly for Exercise and Sport, 1998
This investigation was designed to assess the factorial validity of the Sports Inventory for Pain (SIP) which was completed by 182 undergraduate students. Responses were subjected to a confirmatory factor analysis designed to test the hypothesized underlying factor structure.

CONFIRMATORY FACTOR ANALYSIS OF THE COMPUTER HASSLES SCALE

Psychological Reports, 1998
The objective of this research was to determine the latent structure of the Computer Hassles Scale using confirmatory factor analysis. This study employed a normative database of 1199 student computer users. Both a priori and a posteriori latent structure models were tested using LISREL.

Confirmatory factor analysis of the AEQ‐A questionnaire in Finland

Scandinavian Journal of Psychology, 1999
The Adolescent version of the Alcohol Expectancy Questionnaire (Brown et al., 1980) was administered to a male population sample in Finland (N=195; median age 18.5 years). Three issues were investigated: Did the items of each subscale measure single latent constructs?

A confirmatory factor analysis of the structure of schizotypy

European Journal of Personality, 1995
Recent research into schizotypal traits has been concerned with the number and nature of these personality dimensions. Earlier exploratory factor analytic work using a wide variety of scales (the CSTQ) has generated a four‐factor solution but other solutions have been provided by other investigators.

A Bayesian Approach to Confirmatory Factor Analysis

Psychometrika, 1981
Confirmatory factor analysis is considered from a Bayesian viewpoint, in which prior information on parameter is incorporated in the analysis. An iterative algorithm is developed to obtain the Bayes estimates. A numerical example based on longitudinal data is presented.

A confirmatory factor analysis of library use

Proceedings of the 2011 iConference, 2011
For the past 25 years, public library administrators have pondered their institution's relationship to the computer. Since the 1980s, the integrated library system, which is based on a server-client model, has been a ubiquitous part of the library. These systems, however, are solely for use by the library staff. There have long been computers available
