Optimized Lipid Nanoparticles with Tail‐Modified Ionizable Lipids for Safer mRNA Delivery

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Systematic engineering of hydrophobic tail architecture in vitamin B5‐derived ionizable lipids establishes a comprehensive structure–activity relationship framework for mRNA delivery. Combined lipidtail and formulation optimization identifies TM1‐OPT3‐C, a lipid nanoparticle platform that improves efficacy–safety balance through efficient mRNA delivery,

On the Theory of Multiplicative Conformable Fractional Integrals and Their Applications to Hermite-Hadamard and Maclaurin-Type Inequalities

open access: yes
This paper introduces multiplicative conformable fractional integrals within the setting of [Formula: see text]-calculus, a non-Newtonian framework naturally suited for positive functions with positive arguments.

Kirigami‐Cut Pattern Designs for the Enhancement of Sensing Performance Induced by Programmable Out‐of‐Plane Deformation

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Different kirigami patterns are proposed and the parameters are optimized by comparing the out‐of‐plane deformation behavior. Then, the proposed patterns are fabricated on PVDF film using laser technology. The deformed kirigami‐cut PVDF is embedded into PDMS to construct pressure senor.

A Universal Protein Ladder for Standardization of Diverse FRET Assays

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Translating FRET measurements from in vitro to intracellular environments requires universal benchmarks. We present a modular protein ladder using TPR motifs to harmonize data across diverse platforms. This predictable calibration curve bridges single molecule FRET measurements, with cell based measurements including FLIM‐FRET.

On Conformable Fractional Milne-Type Inequalities

open access: yes
Building upon previous research in conformable fractional calculus, this study introduces a novel identity. Using this identity as a foundation, we derive a set of conformable fractional Milne-type inequalities specifically designed for differentiable ...

Programmable Nanobody‐Targeting Chimeras Enable Intracellular Viral Protein Degradation

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Nab‐TAC enables targeted degradation of HBV surface antigen (HBsAg) in vivo. By fusing nanobody‐based recognition domains with programmable proteasome‐recruiting degradation signals, Nab‐TAC reduces HBsAg levels in a hydrodynamic HBV mouse model. ABSTRACT Chronic hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection remains a major global health challenge, largely because
