Biophysical characterisation shows that NanX, a membrane transport protein from the major facilitator superfamily (MFS), forms both monomers and dimers after purification. AlphaFold modelling and substrate docking provide information on residues likely involved in substrate recognition for NanX and another MFS member, NanT.

EXPTIME tableaux for the coalgebraic mu-calculus [PDF]
The coalgebraic approach to modal logic provides a uniform framework that captures the semantics of a large class of structurally different modal logics, including e.g. graded and probabilistic modal logics and coalition logic.

Novel improved fractional operators and their scientific applications
The motivation of this research is to introduce some new fractional operators called “the improved fractional (IF) operators”. The originality of these fractional operators comes from the fact that they repeat the method on general forms of conformable ...

ABSTRACT Objective Neurochemical levels measured by brain MR spectroscopy (MRS) have been proposed as endpoints for clinical trials in early‐stage spinocerebellar ataxia (SCA) trials. We tested their trial‐readiness by quantifying neurochemicals in three affected brain regions in early‐stage cohorts of SCA2 and SCA3, examining their reproducibility in ...

Conformable Fractional Nikiforov-Uvarov Method
We introduce conformable fractional Nikiforov-Uvarov (NU) method by means of conformable fractional derivative which is the most natural definition in non-integer calculus.

Hermite-Hadamard-type inequalities for conformable integrals
In this study, some inequalities of Hermite-Hadamard type for integrals arising in conformable fractional calculus are presented. In fact, the obtained inequalities are not only valid for those integrals arising in conformable fractional calculus, but ...

Characterizing Cutaneous α‐Synuclein Deposition and Seeding Activity in Parkinson's Disease Subtypes
ABSTRACT Objective Cutaneous phosphorylated α‐synuclein (p‐syn) and α‐synuclein seeding activity are promising biomarkers for Parkinson's disease (PD), but their clinical value remains uncertain due to disease heterogeneity. This study evaluates these two biomarkers in PD patients to inform phenotype‐specific diagnosis and disease severity assessment ...
