Reduced vascular leakage correlates with breast carcinoma T regulatory cell infiltration but not with metastatic propensity

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
A mouse model for vascular normalization and a human breast cancer cohort were studied to understand the relationship between vascular leakage and tumor immune suppression. For this, endothelial and immune cell RNAseq, staining for vascular function, and immune cell profiling were employed.

A Continuous Time Bertrand Duopoly Game With Fractional Delay and Conformable Derivative: Modeling, Discretization Process, Hopf Bifurcation, and Chaos

open access: yesFrontiers in Physics, 2019
The purpose of this paper is three-fold. First, we present a discretization process to obtain numerical solutions of a conformable fractional-order system with delays. Second, we extend the classical Bertrand duopoly game with integer delays to that with

Organic Electrochemical Transistor Channel Materials: Copolymerization Versus Physical Mixing of Glycolated and Alkoxylated Polymers

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
This work discusses the use of blended channel materials in OECTs. It explores how mixing glycolated and alkoxylated polymers in various ratios offers a simpler and more efficient route to tuning OECT properties. The performance of the polymer blends is compared to the corresponding copolymers, demonstrating similar OECT characteristics, swelling ...

A variety of soliton solutions for the fractional Wazwaz-Benjamin-Bona-Mahony equations

open access: yesResults in Physics, 2019
In the present paper, the new three-dimensional modified Benjamin-Bona-Mahony equations recently introduced are analyzed with the introduction of the spatial and temporal fractional order derivatives using conformable fractional derivative.

The Limited Validity of the Conformable Euler Finite Difference Method and an Alternate Definition of the Conformable Fractional Derivative to Justify Modification of the Method

open access: yesMathematical and Computational Applications, 2021
A method recently advanced as the conformable Euler method (CEM) for the finite difference discretization of fractional initial value problem Dtαyt = ft;yt, yt0 = y0, a≤t≤b, and used to describe hyperchaos in a financial market model, is shown to be ...

Newton’s law of cooling with fractional conformable derivative

open access: yesRevista Mexicana de Física, 2018
The fractional conformable derivative and its properties have been introduced recently. Using this derivative we obtain a new class of smooth solutions for the Newton’s law of cooling in terms of a stretched exponential function depending on the fractional order parameter 0 < γ ≤ 1.

Micropatterned Biphasic Printed Electrodes for High‐Fidelity on‐Skin Bioelectronics

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Micropatterned biphasic printed electrodes achieve unprecedented skin conformity and low impedance by combining liquid‐metal droplets with microstructured 3D lattices. This scalable approach enables high‐fidelity detection of ECG, EMG, and EEG signals, including alpha rhythms from the forehead, with long‐term comfort and stability.

Explicit Lump Solitary Wave of Certain Interesting (3+1)-Dimensional Waves in Physics via Some Recent Traveling Wave Methods

open access: yesEntropy, 2019
This study investigates the solitary wave solutions of the nonlinear fractional Jimbo–Miwa (JM) equation by using the conformable fractional derivative and some other distinct analytical techniques. The JM equation describes the certain interesting
