Dynamic Regulation of Endogenous Transcription Factor Hubs at Single‐Molecule Resolution

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study combines single‐molecule microscopy and genome editing to characterize the dynamic behaviors of endogenous oncofusion transcription factor EWS::FLI1 in Ewing sarcoma cells. EWS::FLI1 forms neomorphic hubs that dynamically assemble and dissolve. The hubs are regulated during mitosis, by RNA, and by specific chemicals.

On generalized Milne type inequalities for new conformable fractional integrals

open access: yesFilomat
In this study, we first obtained a new identity for differentiable convex functions with the help of new conformable fractional integrals. Then, using this identity, we proved new Milne-type inequalities for new conformable fractional integrals.

Multi‐Axis Stretchable Zippers for Personalized Wound Healing

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Multi‐axis stretchable zippers can adapt to complex wound morphologies and enable personalized wound treatment through programmable contraction. This morphological matching strategy helps accelerate wound closure, improve blood perfusion, promote epithelial regeneration, and enhance collagen remodeling, pioneering new directions for personalized and ...

An Integrated DNA Nanoprobe for Intranuclear Imaging and in Situ Profiling of OGG1 Activity

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
The TP‐SA nanoprobe, integrating an AS1411 aptamer for nuclear delivery and a FRET array for signal amplification, enables real‐time tracking of nuclear OGG1 activity. It reveals cell‐line‐specific basal OGG1 levels and shows clinical promise using pneumonia patients’ lavage fluid.

New Form of Newton-Type Inequalities for Multiplicative Conformable Fractional Integrals

open access: yesJournal of Mathematical Sciences and Modelling
In this study, a new Newton-type inequality form for multiplicative convex functions is derived using multiplicative conformable fractional integrals. The developed new form presents an inequality that has not been encountered before in literature.

Programmable Elastic Wave Control Via Mechanical‐Acoustic Interaction in Bistable Metamaterials

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A mechanically programmable metamaterial based on mechanical‐acoustic interaction enables reconfigurable elastic wave control through bistable state switching. Spatial encoding of peak and valley states tunes band structures and transmission, achieving low‐frequency vibration suppression, waveguiding, and energy localization.

Some weighted integral inequalities for generalized conformable fractional calculus

open access: yes, 2021
Summary: In this paper, we have obtained weighted versions of Ostrowski, Chebyshev and Grüss type inequalities for conformable fractional integrals which is given by Katugompola. By using the Katugampola definition for conformable calculus, the present study confirms previous findings and contributes additional evidence that provide the bounds for more

Versatile Detection of Cellular Protein via Fluorescence Anisotropy

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Cell Lysate Fluorescence Anisotropy (CFAST) utilizes long lifetime dye‐labeled nanobodies for rapid protein quantification in minimally purified, complex cell lysate. When coupled with cellular thermal shift, CFAST allows high‐throughput detection of endogenous protein‐small molecule engagement, facilitating the discovery of novel binders for ...
