Mesoporous Carbon Thin Films with Large Mesopores as Model Material for Electrochemical Applications
Mesoporous carbon thin films possessing 70 nm mesopores are prepared on titanium substrates by soft templating of resol resins with a self‐synthesized poly(ethylene oxide)‐block‐poly(hexyl acrylate) block copolymer. A strategy to avoid corrosion of the metal substrate is presented, and the films are extensively characterized in terms of morphology ...

A single object with dual properties – degradable and non‐degradable – is fabricated in a single print simply by switching the printing colors. The advanced multi‐material printing is enabled by the combination of a fully wavelength‐orthogonal photoresin and a monochromatic tunable laser printer, paving the way for precise multi‐material ...

Miedzy oczywistością a dedukcją. Platon i Euklides o równości
We confront Plato's understanding of equality in geometry with that of Euclid. We comment on Phaedo, 74b-c, Meno, 81e-85d and Elements, Book I. We distinguish between two meanings of equality, congruence and equality of the area, and show that in Plato ...

Inertial forces and the foundations of optical geometry
Assuming a general timelike congruence of worldlines as a reference frame, we derive a covariant general formalism of inertial forces in General Relativity. Inspired by the works of Abramowicz et. al. (see e.g. Abramowicz and Lasota, Class. Quantum Grav.

The Y supersaturation in the [Ba‐Cu(I/II)‐O] transient liquid composition is the driving force toward YBCO nucleation and growth in TLAG. Tuning the initial (Ba:Cu) molar ratio in the ink composition determines the YBCO epitaxial nucleation through supersaturation control.

Real Killing spinors in neutral signature
Spinorial geometry methods are used to classify solutions admitting Majorana Killing spinors of the minimal 4-dimensional supergravity in neutral signature, with van- ishing cosmological constant and a single Maxwell field strength.

Exact half-BPS black hole entropies in CHL models from Rademacher series
The microscopic spectrum of half-BPS excitations in toroidally compactified heterotic string theory has been computed exactly through the use of results from analytic number theory.

Modular factorization of superconformal indices
Superconformal indices of four-dimensional N $$ \mathcal{N} $$ = 1 gauge theories factorize into holomorphic blocks. We interpret this as a modular property resulting from the combined action of an SL(3, ℤ) and SL(2, ℤ) ⋉ ℤ 2 transformation.
