This study presents novel anti‐counterfeiting tags with multilevel security features that utilize additional disguise features. They combine luminescent nanosized Ln‐MOFs with conductive polymers to multifunctional mixed‐matrix membranes and powder composites. The materials exhibit visible/NIR emission and matrix‐based conductivity even as black bodies.

The many faces of leadership: Proposing research agenda through a review of literature
Leadership is one of the most studied topics in organizational settings and has been studied in relation to several employee performance outcomes. Based on literature review, it is observed that the concept of congruence between leaders and followers is ...

The study presents biodegradable and recyclable mixed‐matrix membranes (MMMs), hydrogels, and cryogels using luminescent nanoscale metal‐organic frameworks (nMOFs) and biopolymers. These bio‐nMOF‐MMMs combine europium‐based nMOFs as probes for the status of the materials with the biopolymers agar and gelatine and present alternatives to conventional ...

Some congruences for e-regular partitions with certain restrictions
Let $ {\rm{pod}}_\ell(n) $ and $ {\rm{ped}}_\ell(n) $ denote the number of $ \ell $-regular partitions of a positive integer $ n $ into distinct odd parts and the number of $ \ell $-regular partitions of a positive integer $ n $ into distinct even parts,

Creativity and Cultural Congruence in Adolescence
Background. The study of cultural congruence as a personality trait responsible for the regulation of adolescent behavior in relation to the rules typical for this age is one of the important tasks for developmental psychology. The range of rules despite

Congruence relations for r-colored partitions
Let $\ell \geq 5$ be prime. For the partition function $p(n)$ and $5 \leq \ell \leq 31$, Atkin found a number of examples of primes $Q \geq 5$ such that there exist congruences of the form $p(\ell Q^{3} n+β) \equiv 0 \pmod{\ell}.$ Recently, Ahlgren, Allen, and Tang proved that there are infinitely many such congruences for every $\ell$.

This study examines how pore shape and manufacturing‐induced deviations affect the mechanical properties of 3D‐printed lattice materials with constant porosity. Combining µ‐CT analysis, FEM, and compression testing, the authors show that structural imperfections reduce stiffness and strength, while bulk material inhomogeneities probably enhance ...

Congruence relations on cone semigroups
Since closed cones C in finite dimensional real vector spaces V play the role of “Lie algebras” for finite dimensional compact abelian semigroups, we discuss the structure of congruence relations on such cones. We show in particular that a monotone closed congruence on such a cone C is entirely determined by a countable collection of closed ideals of C

The Effect of Amino Acids on the Formation of Amorphous Calcium Carbonate Nanoparticles
Biomineral formation often proceeds via the assembly of amorphous calcium carbonate (ACC) nanoparticles with narrow size distributions. Using in situ SAXS coupled to a stopped‐flow device, we follow synthetic ACC formation with a 10 ms time resolution and show that amino acids narrow the size distribution at low supersaturation, highlighting their key ...
