Robust analysis for data-driven model predictive control
Here the idea of data driven is introduced in model predictive control to establish our proposed data-driven model predictive control. Considering one first-order discrete time nonlinear dynamical system, the main essence of data driven means the actual ...

Catadioptric camera model with conic mirror [PDF]
Catadioptric systems consist of the combination of lenses and mirrors. From them, central panoramic systems stand out because they provide a unique effective viewpoint, leading to the well-known unifying theory for central catadioptric systems. This paper considers catadioptric systems consisting of a conic mirror and a projective camera.

Equivariant adjusted least squares estimator in two-line fitting model
We consider the two-line fitting problem. True points lie on two straight lines and are observed with Gaussian perturbations. For each observed point, it is not known on which line the corresponding true point lies.

Conic approach to quantum graph parameters using linear optimization over the completely positive semidefinite cone [PDF]
We investigate the completely positive semidefinite cone $\mathcal{CS}_+^n$, a new matrix cone consisting of all $n\times n$ matrices that admit a Gram representation by positive semidefinite matrices (of any size).

Soft tissue modelling with conical springs
Abstract This paper presents a new method for real-time modelling soft tissue deformation. It improves the traditional mass-spring model with conical springs to deal with nonlinear mechanical behaviours of soft tissues. A conical spring model is developed to predict soft tissue deformation with reference to deformation patterns.
