Our Dermatology OnlineConidiobolomycosis is a rare tropical deep cutaneous mycosis characterized by dysmorphic facial involvement giving, in advanced forms, a “hippopotamus snout” appearance. We report the case of a patient presenting with conidiobolomycosis at Kara University Hospital in Togo.
