Landscape of BRAF transcript variants in human cancer
We investigate the annotation of BRAF variants, focusing on protein‐coding BRAF‐220 (formerly BRAF‐reference) and BRAF‐204 (BRAF‐X1). The IsoWorm pipeline allows us to quantify these variants in human cancer, starting from RNA‐sequencing data. BRAF‐204 is more abundant than BRAF‐220 and impacts patient survival.

Let \(A\) be a finite \(p\)-group of order \(p^ n\) acting on a finite \(p\)- soluble group, and suppose it acts fixed-point-freely on every \(A\)- invariant \(p'\)-section. The conjecture in question is that in this situation, the \(p\)-length \(l_ p(G)\) of \(G\) is bounded by a linear function of \(n\).

The pan‐HDAC inhibitor belinostat increases the expression of the pro‐apoptotic proteins Bim, Puma, and Noxa and induces apoptosis in ovarian cancer cell lines and patient‐derived tumor organoids when used at high concentrations. Moreover, inhibiting the anti‐apoptotic proteins Bcl‐xL or Mcl‐1 sensitizes these preclinical models to the cytotoxic effect

Non‐thermal plasma treatment of melanoma cells induced epithelial‐mesenchymal transition (EMT) in a dose‐dependent fashion. This report highlights the critical need to further investigate potential adverse effects of non‐thermal plasma for cancer therapy and to optimize treatment parameters for clinical translation. Despite the promising results of non‐

Distance and de Sitter conjectures on the Swampland
Among Swampland conditions, the distance conjecture characterizes the geometry of scalar fields and the de Sitter conjecture constrains allowed potentials on it.
