Counting conjugacy classes and automorphism-conjugacy classes of ZM-groups
In this paper, we count the number of conjugacy and automorphism-conjugacy classes of elements of a ZM-group. The size of a conjugacy class with respect to these two equivalence relations is also counted.

BOUNDED CONJUGACY CLASSES AND CONJUGACY CLASSES SUPPORTING INVARIANT MEASURES AND AUTOMORPHISMS
Bulletin of the Australian Mathematical SocietyWe consider conjugacy classes in a locally compact group G that support finite G-invariant measures. If G is a property (M) extension of an abelian group, in particular, if G is a metabelian group, then any such conjugacy class is relatively compact.

Twisted Conjugacy Classes in Chevalley Groups [PDF]
Let G be a group and φ : G → G its automorphism. We say that elements x and y of G are twisted φ-conjugate, or merely φ-conjugate (written x ∼φy), if there exists an element z of G for which x = zyφ(z−1).
