Clinical analysis reveals significant dysregulation of FGFRL1 in esophageal cancer (EC) patients. RNAi‐coupled next‐generation sequencing (NGS) and in vitro study reveal FGFRL1‐mediated EC progression via EMT, PI3K/Akt, and Notch pathways. Functional assays confirm its role in tumor growth, migration, and invasion.

A REVIEW ON RECENT STUDIES IN THE AREA OF CONJUGATE HEAT TRANSFER MODELLING IN TRANSFORMERS
The exact position and the value of the hot-spot temperature in a transformer could be estimated by calculation using computational fluid dynamics. However, this approach requires the usage of significant computational resources.

Algorithmic aspects of transient heat transfer problems in structures [PDF]
It is noted that the application of finite element or finite difference techniques to the solution of transient heat transfer problems in structures often results in a stiff system of ordinary differential equations. Such systems are usually handled most

NF90–NF45 functions as a negative regulator of methyltransferase‐like 3/14 (METTL3/14)‐mediated N6‐methyladenosine (m6A) modification on primary microRNAs (pri‐miRNAs). NF90–NF45 binds to anti‐oncogenic pri‐miRNAs and inhibits their m6A modification, thereby suppressing the biogenesis of anti‐oncogenic miRNAs.
