A supramolecular strategy is utilized to integrate IR780‐C16 lipids into conventional LNPs, pioneering a novel NIR‐II‐LNPs platform that elucidates the correlations between mRNA vaccines efficacy and vaccination parameters in a non‐invasive approach.
