GRP78 Nanobody‐Directed Immunotoxin Activates Innate Immunity Through STING Pathway to Synergize Tumor Immunotherapy

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A GRP78 nanobody‐directed immunotoxin suppresses cancer progression and metastasis by enhancing antitumor immunity via STING pathway activation, offering a pan‐cancer‐targeted approach and immunotherapy combination strategy. Abstract The lack of targetable antigens poses a significant challenge in developing effective cancer‐targeted therapies.

Heterogeneous population and its resilience to misinformation in vaccination uptake: A dual ODE and network approach [PDF]

open access: yesarXiv
Misinformation about vaccination poses a significant public health threat by reducing vaccination rates and increasing disease burden. Understanding population heterogeneity can aid in recognizing and mitigating the effects of such misinformation, especially when vaccine effectiveness is low.

Programmable Stapling Peptide Based on Sulfonium as Universal Vaccine Adjuvants for Multiple Types of Vaccines

open access: yesAdvanced Science, Volume 12, Issue 11, March 20, 2025.
A stapling peptide with two sulfonium centers is developed to be used as an excellent vaccine adjuvant candidate for the Hepatitis B vaccine, influenza vaccine, and herpes zoster vaccine. Just by changing the amino acids and ring types, it is easy to program peptide adjuvants to adapt to multiple vaccine subtypes and synergistically induce humoral and ...
