Amphiphilic Peptide–Polymer Conjugates with Side‐Conjugation

Macromolecular Rapid Communications, 2011
AbstractPolymers conjugated to the exterior of a protein mediate its interactions with surroundings, enhance its processability and can be used to direct its macroscopic assemblies. Most studies to date have focused on peptide–polymer conjugates based on hydrophilic polymers.

tRNA conjugation with folic acid-chitosan conjugates

International Journal of Biological Macromolecules, 2017
The conjugation of tRNA with folic acid-chitosan conjugates was studied, using multiple spectroscopic methods and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). Thermodynamic analysis ΔH -14 to -10 (KJMol-1) and ΔS 14 to -1 (JMol-1, K-1) showed tRNA-folic acid-chitosan bindings occur via H-bonding, hydrophobic and van der Waals contacts.

Conjugation Equation for Quaternionic Conjugation Spaces

Russian Journal of Mathematical Physics
The complex projective space \(\mathbb C\mathrm P^n\) has an obvious involution \(\tau\) given via complex conjugation. It is not hard to see that the subspace \((\mathbb C\mathrm P^n)^\tau\) of points fixed by \(\tau\) is homeomorphic to \(\mathbb R\mathrm P^n\).

Conjugation Site Analysis of Lysine-Conjugated ADCs

2019
Lysine-conjugated antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) are formed by attaching cytotoxic drugs to reactive lysine residues of monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) through chemical linkers. During production, the payloads are conjugated nonspecifically to lysine residues in mAbs, resulting in a heterogeneous mixture of ADCs with both different number and conjugation

Conjugate Maps and Conjugate Duality

1985
This paper considers conjugate duality in multiobjective optimization, in which minimality (efficiency, noninferiority, or Pareto optimality) is a natural solution concept. First, conjugate maps and subgradients are defined for vector-valued functions and point-to-set maps.
