Interdisciplinary Medicine, EarlyView.This study identified the eIF5A‐ClpP axis as a key driver of breast cancer progression. Targeting eIF5A suppresses tumor growth by inducing ClpP‐dependent mitochondrial oxidative stress, revealing a novel therapeutic vulnerability. Abstract Breast cancer (BC) poses a persistent global health challenge, necessitating new therapeutic targets.

Mycologia, 1939In 1930 Hirt 1 reported sterile conks on beech (Fagus grandifolia Ehrhart.), which were associated with a normal fruiting body of Fomes Everhartii (Ellis & Gall.) Schrenk. During the summer of 1938 another type of sterile conk, with or without associated cankers, was found commonly on beech in the Green Mountain National Forest.
