Lattices of Parabolic Subgroups in Connection with Hyperplane Arrangements [PDF]
The authors investigate the lattice \(P_W\) of all parabolic subgroups of a Coxeter group \(W\). They first construct a natural isomorphism between \(P_W\) and the lattice \(L_W\) of intersections of reflecting hyperplanes in the dual of the geometric representation of \(W\).

Connectivity of hyperplane sections of domains [PDF]
During the conference held in 2017 in Minneapolis for his 60th birthday, Gennady Lyubeznik proposed the following problem: Find a complete local domain and an element in it having three minimal primes such that the sum of any two of them has height 2 and the sum of the three of them has height 4.

Geometry of iteration stable tessellations: Connection with Poisson hyperplanes
Since the seminal work by Nagel and Weiss, the iteration stable (STIT) tessellations have attracted considerable interest in stochastic geometry as a natural and flexible, yet analytically tractable model for hierarchical spatial cell-splitting and crack-formation processes. We provide in this paper a fundamental link between typical characteristics of

Connected sum at infinity and Cantrell-Stallings hyperplane unknotting
We give a general treatment of the somewhat unfamiliar operation on manifolds called Connected Sum at Infinity, or CSI for short. A driving ambition has been to make the geometry behind the well definition and basic properties of CSI as clear and elementary as possible. CSI then yields a very natural and elementary proof of a remarkable theorem of J. C.

Parkinson Disease Detection from Speech Articulation Neuromechanics
Aim: The research described is intended to give a description of articulation dynamics as a correlate of the kinematic behavior of the jaw-tongue biomechanical system, encoded as a probability distribution of an absolute joint velocity. This distribution

Meromorphic mappings of a complete connected Kähler manifold into a projective space sharing hyperplanes [PDF]
30 pages. In this version, we correct the typos of the last version, extend the notion of "functions of small integration" for all non-negative functions into $[0;+\infty]$, which are continuous outside an analytic set of co-dimension two and attain $+\infty$ only in a analytic thin set.
