ABSTRACT Objective Accurate localization of epileptogenic tubers (ETs) in patients with tuberous sclerosis complex (TSC) is essential but challenging, as these tubers lack distinct pathological or genetic markers to differentiate them from other cortical tubers.

Developmental, Neuroanatomical and Cellular Expression of Genes Causing Dystonia
ABSTRACT Objective Dystonia is one of the most common movement disorders, with variants in multiple genes identified as causative. However, an understanding of which developmental stages, brain regions, and cell types are most relevant is crucial for developing relevant disease models and therapeutics.

An Out‐of‐Place Etiology: Recognizing FMR1 Premutation in the Memory Clinic
ABSTRACT The FMR1 gene premutation (55–200 CGG repeats) is usually associated with a wide range of symptoms and phenotypes within the Fragile X‐tremor/ataxia syndrome (FXTAS), but may also manifest as predominant or isolated cognitive decline. We describe three male patients referred for progressive cognitive impairment and behavioral changes. Standard

Computing the variable vertex-connectivity index [PDF]
A computer program has been designed for efficacious computation of the variable connectivity index. It has been tested on Randic's and Basak's work(20) on aliphatic primary amines. We have reproduced their results for the fit model. We have also cross-validated (CV) this model.

ABSTRACT Introduction Progressive Supranuclear Palsy (PSP) is a neurodegenerative ‘tauopathy’ with predominating pathology in the basal ganglia and midbrain. Caudal tau spread frequently implicates the cerebellum; however, the pattern of atrophy remains equivocal.

Connectivity from source to sink in a lowland area: the Loire river basin (France) [PDF]
Sediment connectivity relates to the transfer of sediments from sources to sinks via runoff and in channel transport. It is highly dependent on spatial variability of landscape properties such as differences in morphology, land use and infiltration ...

CX3CL1 in Early Detection of Alzheimer's Disease: Plasma Dynamics Across Age and Disease Stages
ABSTRACT Backgrounds Alzheimer's disease (AD) is characterized by amyloid‐beta plaques, tau tangles, and neuroinflammation. C‐X3‐C motif chemokine ligand 1 (CX3CL1, also known as fractalkine), a neuroimmune chemokine implicated in AD pathogenesis, shows inconsistent alterations in plasma/serum across studies.

Eccentric Connectivity Index of Strongly Connected Digraphs
Let $G = (V, E)$ be a graph with non-empty set of vertices $V$ and set of edges $E$. The \emph{eccentric connectivity index} of the graph $G$ is defined as $$\displaystyle{ξ^C(G) = \sum_{u \in V} d_u \;ecc(u)}$$ where $d_u$ is the degree and $ecc(u)$ is the eccentricity of the vertex $u \in V$.
