La democracia implica necesariamente conflicto. En el caso colombiano, se trata de un diferendo, un conflicto entre posiciones en el cual todo consenso traiciona las reivindicaciones originales de, al menos, una de las partes. La desproporción, desigualdad o distorsión no se zanja por medio de un acuerdo.
