Conservation Laws for Some Systems of Nonlinear Partial Differential Equations via Multiplier Approach

open access: yesJournal of Applied Mathematics, 2012
The conservation laws for the integrable coupled KDV type system, complexly coupled kdv system, coupled system arising from complex-valued KDV in magnetized plasma, Ito integrable system, and Navier stokes equations of gas dynamics are computed by ...

Engineered GM1 Intersects Between Mitochondrial and Synaptic Pathways to Ameliorate ALS Pathology

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) is a fatal neurodegenerative disease driven by genetic and molecular disruptions affecting energy balance, protein homeostasis, and stress responses in nerve cells. Studies using human and rodent models identified convergent defects in mitochondria and synaptic function.

Travelling wave solutions and conservation laws for the Korteweg-de Vries-Bejamin-Bona-Mahony equation

open access: yesResults in Physics, 2018
In this work we study the Korteweg-de Vries-Benjamin-Bona-Mahony (KdV-BBM) equation, which describes the two-way propagation of waves. Using Lie symmetry method together with Jacobi elliptic function expansion and Kudryashov methods we construct its ...

Evaluating the Utilities of Foundation Models in Single‐Cell Data Analysis

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study delivers the first systematic, task‐level evaluation of single‐cell foundation models across eight core analytical tasks. By benchmarking 10 leading models with the scEval framework, it reveals where foundation models truly add value, where task‐specific methods still dominate, and provides concrete, reproducible guidelines to steer the next

Laser‐Induced Ultrafast Magnetic Phase Transition in 2D Van Der Waals Antiferromagnetic Heterostructures

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
In this work, ultrafast laser‐induced spin transfer and spin relaxation dynamics in 2D van der Waals antiferromagnetic CrI3/CrGeTe3 heterostructures are investigated. Laser excitation is demonstrated to induce pronounced interlayer nonequilibrium spin dynamics and ultrafast magnetic moment reconstruction, driving a transition from an antiferromagnetic (

Calcium Channel Blockers Inhibit Pancreatic Neuroendocrine Neoplasms Progression via Cav1.2‐Epigenetic Circuit

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Our study reveals a novel mechanism of a positive regulatory circuit between Cav1.2 and H3K27ac for pancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasms (pNENs) progression. Cav1.2 is identified as a crucial target for promoting disease progression and correlates with malignant behaviors, which are remarkably inhibited by the administration of calcium channel blockers (

ON INFINITE SERIES OF NONLOCAL CONSERVATION LAWS FOR PARTIAL DIFFERENTIAL EQUATIONS

open access: yesНаучный вестник МГТУ ГА, 2018
Популярное в математике понятие интегрируемости дифференциальных уравнений (и столь же разнообразно трактуемое) тесно связано с существованием симметрий и законов сохранения.

Oncolytic Probiotics with Molecular Pili for Solid Tumor Therapy

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study identifies Lactobacillus rhamnosus as an intrinsic oncolytic agent that triggers tumor metabolic collapse via calcium‐dependent ROS bursts. By chemically anchoring collagen‐targeting “molecular pili” to the bacterial surface, the engineered non‐transgenic probiotic (LR@MP) achieves targeted colonization and potent solid tumor suppression ...

Bioenergy Cropping Reduces the Spatiotemporal Scaling of Soil Bacterial Biodiversity

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Consistent with patterns observed in plant and animal communities, soil bacterial communities exhibit significant species–time–area and phylogenetic–time–area relationships independent of nested structure. Bioenergy cropping significantly reduces the spatiotemporal scaling rates, particularly in sandy loam soils.
