The Stability of Geminate Consonants重複子音（促音）の概括のひとつに，重複子音が軟音化過程に影響を受けることは希であるというものがある。韻律的に弱い位置にある単一子音は，その子音特性のいくつかを失うと考えられる。一方，同様の位置を占める重複子音は分節変化を被ることはまずない。本稿では，最適正理論におけるこの事実の説明を再検討したのちに，音韻構造における主要単位と依存単位問の固有の相違点に基づく説明を発展させる。具体的には，単一子音は依存子であると見倣され，弱化を受けやすい。一方，重複子音は，（主要部を含む）認可領域を形成しており，一般の主要部特性に従った場合，重複子音の主要部の存在は分節弱化の可能性を退ける。

Introducing Pure Calcium Orthophosphate Gels and Aerogels
Advanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.The synthesis of calcium phosphate‐based gels and aerogels is reported, which exhibit highly porous structures built up of networks of nanoparticles. In case of amorphous aerogels, this leads to yet unmatched specific BET surface areas, making these materials especially interesting for biomedical applications.
