Constant Time Generation of Free Trees [PDF]
The technique of \textit{T. Beyer} and \textit{S. M. Hedetniemi} [SIAM J. Comput. 9, 706-712 (1980; Zbl 0453.05020)] for generating all rooted trees of size n by applying a successor function on canonical level sequences is extended to generate all free (unrooted) trees. A primary sequence is defined among all the canonical level sequences belonging to

Calculating the Time Constant of an RC Circuit
In this experiment, a capacitor was charged to its full capacitance then discharged through a resistor. By timing how long it took the capacitor to fully discharge through the resistor, we can determine the RC time constant using calculus.

Fast constant-time gcd computation and modular inversion
This paper introduces streamlined constant-time variants of Euclid’s algorithm, both for polynomial inputs and for integer inputs. As concrete applications, this paper saves time in (1) modular inversion for Curve25519, which was previously believed to ...

Constant-time connectivity tests
We present implementations of constant-time algorithms for connectivity tests and related problems. Some are implementations of slightly improved variants of previously known algorithms; for other problems we present new algorithms that have substantially better runtime than previously known algorithms (estimates of the distance to and tolerant testers

Power Distribution Strategy Based on Low-PassFilter Controller with a Variable Time Constant in Hybrid Energy Storage Systems [PDF]
A critical issue in a hybrid energy storage system (HESS) is the control strategy, especially the power distribution between the individual energy storage devices.

Constant Time Graph Neural Networks
The recent advancements in graph neural networks (GNNs) have led to state-of-the-art performances in various applications, including chemo-informatics, question-answering systems, and recommender systems. However, scaling up these methods to huge graphs, such as social networks and Web graphs, remains a challenge.
