Tunable balanced bandpass filter with constant absolute bandwidth and high common mode suppression [PDF]

open access: bronzeIET Microwaves, Antennas & Propagation, 2019
A reconfigurable balanced bandpass filter with constant absolute bandwidth (ABW) and high common‐mode (CM) suppression by using the interdigital coupling compensation circuit structure is presented here. The odd‐ and even‐mode equivalent circuits of the presented balanced bandpass filter are presented and analysed.

A Low-Loss Three-Pole Frequency-Agile Bandpass Filter with Constant Absolute Bandwidth [PDF]

open access: gold2019 IEEE MTT-S International Wireless Symposium (IWS), 2019
In this letter, a three-pole frequency-agile bandpass filter (FA-BPF) with three transmission zeros (TZs) is presented. Based on the element variable coupling matrix (EVCM), the FA-BPF consists of two varactor-loaded quarter-wavelength resonators and one half-wave length resonator with varactors loaded at the specific position from the shorted-end.

Design of Tunable Coaxial Bandpass Filter Based on Embedded Stepped Impedance Resonators

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2023
This paper describes a method for designing tunable coaxial bandpass filters based on an inserted coaxial stepped impedance resonator (SIR). The miniaturization of the coaxial resonator is realized by the shape of the stepped impedance structure.

A Tutorial on Estimating Time-Varying Vector Autoregressive Models [PDF]

open access: yes, 2020
Time series of individual subjects have become a common data type in psychological research. These data allow one to estimate models of within-subject dynamics, and thereby avoid the notorious problem of making within-subjects inferences from between ...

Optical Micro-Wire Flow-Velocity Sensor

open access: yesSensors, 2021
This paper presents a short response time, all-silica, gas-flow-velocity sensor. The active section of the sensor consists of a 16 µm diameter, highly optically absorbing micro-wire, which is heated remotely by a 980 nm light source. The heated microwire

Low-Loss Wide-Tuning-Range Three-Pole Frequency-Agile Bandpass Diplexer With Identical Constant Absolute Bandwidth

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2019
This paper presents a low-loss, high-isolation and wide-frequency-tuning-range (FTR) (45%) implementation of the three-pole frequency-agile bandpass diplexer (FA-BPD) with identical constant absolute bandwidth (IC.ABW). The FA-BPD includes two three-pole

Effectiveness of adjusted bandwidth knowledge of results in motor learning

open access: yesCogent Psychology, 2022
Introduction: Knowledge of results (KR) is a method of augmented feedback where frequency or timing varies depending on the individual’s performance. In previous studies, bandwidth (BW) KR was not established according to the individual’s performance ...
