A Compact Tunable Notch Filter With Wide Constant Absolute Bandwidth
IEEE Microwave and Wireless Components Letters, 2015A compact notch filter with a wide tunable frequency range is developed. This tunable filter is composed of two varactor-tuned resonators, shunted at input/output ports separately, and one quarter-wavelength transmission line connecting two varactor-tuned resonators.

Reconfigurable bandpass filter with electric coupling and constant absolute bandwidth
Microwave and Optical Technology Letters, 2016This paper presents a reconfigurable bandpass filter (BPF) with constant absolute bandwidth (ABW). The structure is composed of a pair of novel half wavelength (λ/2) resonators with two center-tapped var actors. Frequency tuning is made possible by modifying the electrical length of the resonators with four varactors.

High-Selectivity Tunable Balanced Bandpass Filter With Constant Absolute Bandwidth
IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems II: Express Briefs, 2017This brief presents a new and effective approach for designing a high-selectivity tunable balanced bandpass filter (BPF) with constant absolute bandwidth (ABW). The filter is composed of two open-loop resonators with a pair of symmetrically loaded varactor diodes to obtain tunable responses.

Corrugated Microstrip Coupled Lines for Constant Absolute Bandwidth Tunable Filters
IEEE Transactions on Microwave Theory and Techniques, 2010This paper presents corrugated coupled lines for miniaturized fixed and tunable microstrip bandpass filters. The novel approach uses microstrip corrugated coupled-line concept to synthesize a coupling coefficient, which maintains a nearly constant absolute bandwidth across the tuning range.

An RF input-quasi-reflectionless bandpass filter (BPF) with reconfigurable center frequency and constant absolute bandwidth (ABW) is presented. The proposed BPF is based on a tunable complementary-diplexer architecture, which is made up of a main bandpass-type channel and an auxiliary channel with nearly-complementary bandstop-type filtering response ...

Varactor-tuned dual-band filter with constant absolute bandwidth
2012 IEEE/MTT-S International Microwave Symposium Digest, 2012This paper proposed a novel varactor-tuned dual-band filter with constant absolute bandwidth. It is composed of a pair of half-wavelength open-ended resonators and a pair of quarter-wavelength short-ended resonators. The resonators utilized two different methods to control the electric and magnetic coupling so as to achieve constant absolute bandwidth.

Design of dual‐band bandpass filter with constant absolute bandwidth
Microwave and Optical Technology Letters, 2014ABSTRACTA dual‐band bandpass filter using split‐ring resonators (SRRs) and defected ground structure (DGS) with constant absolute bandwidth is proposed in this article. The inner and outer SRRs are operated for respective passband. DGS is etched on the ground, which can control the coupling coefficient of the filter to maintain constant absolute ...

Reconfigurable Differential Filter With Constant Absolute Bandwidth and High Common-Mode Suppression
IEEE Microwave and Wireless Components Letters, 2018A reconfigurable differential filter with constant absolute bandwidth (ABW) and high common mode (CM) suppression is proposed in this letter. The design is aiming to achieve the constant ABW under the differential mode (DM) by choosing the loading place of the varactors on the resonators and adjusting the external quality factor.
