Photonuclear Population of 229m,gTh in Th‐Doped Crystals Toward Nuclear Clock Development

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study demonstrates a novel photonuclear approach for producing the nuclear clock isomer 229mTh in thorium‐doped crystals, overcoming current supply limitations. Through cross‐section calculations and Monte Carlo simulations, we identify optimal crystal materials and irradiation conditions, achieving high signal‐to‐noise ratios.

Threshold‐Voltage Modulation and N2O Plasma Passivation for Enhanced Retention and Memory Window in Capacitorless 2T0C DRAM Oxide Thin‐Film Transistors

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Al:ITZO‐based capacitorless 2T0C DRAMs are realized by combining N2O plasma‐induced defect modulation with read‐transistor W/L optimization to suppress leakage and stabilize data storage. This device‐level engineering enables zero‐bias hold operation, retention times exceeding 1000 s, and a 13‐fold expansion of the memory window, demonstrating a ...

Rapid Room‐Temperature Synthesis of Te4+‐Doped Cs2ZrCl6 Vacancy‐Ordered Double Perovskites With Tunable Luminescence Triggered by Extreme Conditions for Advanced Optical Thermometry and Manometry

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Through utilizing a proposed rapid room‐temperature precipitation method, the Te4+‐doped Cs2ZrCl6 vacancy‐ordered doubles with intense STE emission were synthesized. Via using the extreme conditions, i.e., temperature and pressure, stimulus, the luminescence properties of the resulting compounds are significantly modulated, endowing their promising ...
