Constant modulus shaped beam synthesis via linear fractional semidefinite relaxation
Excitation amplitude control is a critical issue regarding the shaped beam synthesis of array antennas. Ideally, excitations can have the same amplitude, and the desired beam can be achieved only by changing the phases.

New normalized constant modulus algorithms with relaxation [PDF]
A new normalized constant modulus algorithm is proposed that has a more desirable error performance surface (EPS) than the existing constant modulus blind equalization algorithms. We show that for an autoregressive channel, a well-known class of undesirable local solutions (ULSs) does not exist.

Constant-Modulus Waveform Design With Polarization-Adaptive Power Allocation in Polarimetric Radar
In polarimetric radars, corresponding to the polarized antennas, exploiting waveform diversity along the polarization dimension becomes accessible. In this article, we aim to maximize the signal-to-interference plus noise ratio (SINR) of a polarimetric ...

Optimal Step-Size Constant Modulus Algorithm [PDF]
The step size leading to the absolute minimum of the constant modulus (CM) criterion along the search direction can be obtained algebraically at each iteration among the roots of a third-degree polynomial. The resulting optimal step-size CMA (OS-CMA) is compared with, other CM-based iterative techniques in terms of performance-versus-complexity trade ...

Blind time domain nonlinear compensator embedded in the constant modulus algorithm.
In this paper, a blind nonlinear compensator is proposed for the compensation of fiber nonlinearity. The nonlinear compensator is embedded in the constant modulus algorithm (CMA) which consists of two stages.
