Advancing Stroke Clinical Trials Using Community Engagement and Implementation Science Approaches
ABSTRACT Stroke clinical trials are essential for advancing stroke care but can face challenges with recruitment, retention, clinical relevance, and translation into real‐world practice. We propose that integrating community engagement and implementation science approaches into stroke trials can help address these needs.

Investment Optimization under Constraints [PDF]
We analyze general stochastic optimization financial problems under constraints in a general framework, which includes financial models with some ``imperfection'', such as constrained portfolios, labor income, random endowment and large investor models ...

Objective To support high‐quality, patient‐centered care for systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), the American College of Rheumatology (ACR) developed evidence‐based measures incorporating clinical and patient‐reported outcome measures (PROMs). Using the Consolidated Framework for Implementation Research (CFIR), we conducted semistructured interviews ...

Inequality Constraints in Recursive Economies [PDF]
Dynamic models with inequality constraints pose a challenging problem for two major reasons: Dynamic Programming techniques often necessitate a non established differentiability of the value function, while Euler equation based techniques have ...

Borrowing Constraints, the Cost of Precautionary Saving, and Unemployment Insurance [PDF]
Job losers exhibit significant heterogeneity in wealth holdings and in the marginal propensity to consume transitory income. We consider potential sources of this heterogeneity, whether (some of) the unemployed face borrowing constraints, and the ...

Planar Solid‐State Nanopores Toward Scalable Nanofluidic Integration Based on CMOS Technology
We present a scalable silicon‐based fabrication strategy for planar solid‐state nanopores to enable their integration with complex nanofluidic systems. Prototype devices demonstrate normal voltage‐current characteristics, good noise performance, and appreciable streaming currents. Our CMOS‐compatible fabrication process offers precise geometric control
