Penile strangulation by a metal ring: an easy and unique thread method for removal of the ring
Penile incarceration is a rare but serious problem. Rapid treatment is necessary to prevent penile infarction. Glass bottles, metal rings, steel nuts and bull rings have been reported as constricting agents.

Predicting extreme defects in additive manufacturing remains a key challenge limiting its structural reliability. This study proposes a statistical framework that integrates Extreme Value Theory with advanced process indicators to explore defect–process relationships and improve the estimation of critical defect sizes. The approach provides a basis for

General neck condition for the limit shape of budding vesicles
The shape equation and linking conditions for a vesicle with two-phase domains are derived. We refine the conjecture on the general neck condition for the limit shape of a budding vesicle proposed by J\"{u}licher and Lipowsky [Phys. Rev. Lett. \textbf{70}

The underactive bladder: detection and diagnosis. [PDF]
The inability to generate a voiding contraction sufficient to allow efficient bladder emptying within a reasonable time frame is a common problem seen in urological practice.

From regular to growing small-world networks
We propose a growing model which interpolates between one-dimensional regular lattice and small-world networks. The model undergoes an interesting phase transition from large to small world.

Penile strangulation by metallic ring: A case report
Penile strangulation is an urological emergency. It occurs whenever any constricting object is placed for erotic or auto-erotic purposes or to intensify sexual performance.

Adaptable Tile‐Based Pneumatic Origami through Structurally Coupled Localized Actuation
This article presents tile‐based pneumatic origami structures with rigid tiles and flexible fabric creases, achieving adaptable properties including morphing shape, selective multistability, and tunable stiffness. Independently pressurized folding bladders at each crease enable structurally coupled localized actuation of origami structures.

An idea of designing novel sensors is proposed by creating appropriate Schottky barriers and vacancies between isomorphous Core‐CuOii/ Shell‐CuOi secondary microspheres and enhancing catalytic and spill‐over effects, and electronegativity via spontaneous biphasic separation, self‐assembly, and trace‐Ni‐doping.
