Base editing using nanoneedles efficiently corrects pathogenic variants in the type VII collagen gene of primary fibroblasts from patients with recessive dystrophic epidermolysis bullosa. This technical note introduces the Python bindings for libcloudph++. The libcloudph++ is a C++ library of algorithms for representing atmospheric cloud microphysics in numerical models.
