π‐PhenoDrug: A Comprehensive Deep Learning‐Based Pipeline for Phenotypic Drug Screening in High‐Content Analysis

This study develops a deep learning‐based pipeline named π‐PhenoDrug for cell phenotype‐driven drug activity screening. π‐PhenoDrug integrates cell segmentation, morphological profile construction, and phenotype analysis modules, and it can assess drug effects on living cells in both supervised and unsupervised modes.

From Single Sensors to Sensor Arrays: Leveraging Supervised Machine Learning to Read Multiple Soft Capacitive Sensors with a Single Pair of Wires

The study presents a method for detecting touch location and force magnitude on soft capacitive sensors without complex electrode patterning. Multifrequency impedance measurements are combined with machine learning to accurately classify five sensing zones and estimate applied force with low error.
