Targeting TNBC: core–shell polycationic polyurea dendrimers with inherent anticancer activity
Core–shell polycationic PURE dendrimers were tested in TNBC‐derived tumor models. Both formulations selectively targeted TNBC and effectively reduced tumor volume. PUREG4‐OEI48 suppressed tumor growth without detectable toxicity, whereas PUREG4‐OCEI24, despite showing efficacy, induced hepatic toxicity.

Computer Simulation of the Composites Structure and Properties in Loaded Constructions
The article considers approaches to solutions to the problem concerning composite structure deformations using finite element method. The examples of composite simulations based on the material unit cells and real microstructures are shown.

Contact Interactions and Gamma Convergence
We introduce contact interactions defined by boundary conditions at the contact manifold Γ≡∪i, j{xi = xj}. There are two types of contact interactions, weak and strong. Both provide self-adjoint extensions of Ĥ0 the free hamiltonian restricted away from Γ. We analyze both of them by “lifting” the system to a space of more singular functions: the map is

A tri‐culture of iPSC‐derived neurons, astrocytes, and microglia treated with ferroptosis inducers as an Induced ferroptosis model was characterized by scRNA‐seq, cell survival, and cytokine release assays. This analysis revealed diverse microglial transcriptomic changes, indicating that the system captures key aspects of the complex cellular ...

BMI‐1 modulation and trafficking during M phase in diffuse intrinsic pontine glioma
The schematic illustrates BMI‐1 phosphorylation during M phase, which triggers its translocation from the nucleus to the cytoplasm. In cycling cells, BMI‐1 functions within the PRC1 complex to mediate H2A K119 monoubiquitination. Following PTC596‐induced M phase arrest, phosphorylated BMI‐1 dissociates from PRC1 and is exported to the cytoplasm via its

Some Models of Mechanics of Local Damage
The technique for determination of local damage of complexly loaded mechanical system based on model of the deformable rigid body with dangerous volume is considered. Calculation of damage contact interaction is made.

Single‐molecule DNA flow‐stretch assays for high‐throughput DNA–protein interaction studies
We describe an optimised single‐molecule DNA flow‐stretch assay that visualises DNA–protein interactions in real time. Linear DNA fragments are tethered to a surface and stretched by buffer flow for fluorescence imaging. Using λ and φX174 DNA, this protocol enhances reproducibility and accessibility, providing a versatile approach for studying diverse ...

Amino acids sequence of two different proteins with the same sequence (chameleon sequence—black boxes) represent in 3D structure of the proteins different secondary structures: HHHH—helical and BBB—Beta‐structural. The chains folded in water environment adopt different III‐order structures in which the chameleon fragments appear to adopt similar status
