Ag Nanowire‐Integrated MoS2/ZnO Heterojunctions for Highly Efficient Photogenerated Charge Transfer

A versatile strategy is reported for fabricating multi‐dimensional heterojunctions with significantly improved charge transfer capability. By integrating Ag nanowires with a MoS2/ZnO heterojunction, a fourfold increase in surface photovoltage is achieved, reaching 200 mV under visible light illumination.

All‐Solution‐Processed Perovskite Light‐Emitting Transistors Enabled by a Fully Organic Architecture

Fully solution‐processed light‐emitting transistors based on CsPbBr3 perovskite nanocrystals (Pe‐LETs) are demonstrated using an all‐organic platform. Ferroelectric Behavior of Micro‐ to Submicron‐Scale HZO Capacitors: Impact of the Perimeter‐to‐Area Ratio

Using C‐AFM, W/HZO/p‐Ge capacitors with areas down to 0.26 µm2 are investigated. Frequency‐dependent voltage ramps reveal switching currents that confirm complete polarization reversal across the entire electrode area, while PUND enables reconstruction of P–V loops.
