Molecular epidemiology of contagious caprine pleuropneumonia by DNA sequencing
2000Seven polymorphisms were observed by sequencing of a 1200 bp long PCR DNA fragment in M.capricolum subsp. capripneumoniae strains of African origin. Three lineages were defined within this subspecies. They match the geographical origin of the strains.
