EL DIVINO NIÑO: COORDENADAS PARA LA COMPRENSIÓN DE LA INFANCIA EN LA CONTEMPORANEIDAD

open access: yesAffectio Societatis, 2014
The laws on children move toward a scenario in which the child not only becomes the center of society, but also becomes untouchable. It’s an inclusion-exclusion condition. A taboo appears: the child cannot be touched, nor scolded, nor educated. School is

Medicalização das infâncias: entre os cuidados e os medicamentos

open access: yesPsicologia USP
Resumo A partir da clínica psicanalítica com crianças, nota-se a estreita relação entre os cuidados e a medicalização. Os estudos sobre a medicalização são de extrema relevância na atualidade, tendo em vista não apenas a captura das formas de sofrimento ...

Reprogramming Tumor Cell Death via Processing Natural Drug to Carbon Dots Overcomes Collagen Barrier and Activates Antitumor Immunity

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
A traditional Chinese medicine‐derived carbon dots nanoplatform reprograms tumor cell death from apoptosis to necroptosis, dismantling therapy‐induced collagen barriers and promoting immunogenic death. pH‐responsive hydrogel assembled from carbon dots for localized delivery, this strategy suppresses primary tumors and metastasis, offering a new ...

Contact Lens with Moiré Patterns for High‐Precision Eye Tracking

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
This work presents a passive contact lens for high‐precision eye tracking, integrating a microscopic moiré grating label. The parallax‐induced shift of macroscopic moiré patterns enables angle measurement with 0.28° precision using a standard camera under ambient light.

Enhanced Nitric Oxide Electroreduction to Ammonia via Modulating Spin‐Polarization of Fe Single‐Atom Catalysts

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
A strategic spin‐polarization suppression in Fe single‐atom catalysts is proposed to enhance electrocatalytic reduction of NO to NH3. Employing a top‐down electrospinning strategy, self‐supported FeSAC with Fe‐N3S1 coordination structure and spin‐state transition is engineered from high‐spin to low‐spin.

A Programmable Semiconductor Containing Active Molecular Photoswitches Located in the Crystal's Volume Phase

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
A novel approach for the design of functional semiconductors is presented, which utilizes the excellent optoelectronic properties of layered hybrid perovskites and the possibility to introduce a molecular photoswitch as the organic spacer. This concept is successfully demonstrated on a coumarin‐based system with the possibility to change the bandgap ...

All‐Aqueous Pullulan Fibers Enabling Visible‐to‐Near‐Infrared Waveguiding with Mechanical and Thermal Resilience

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Pullulan, a biomass‐derived polysaccharide, is transformed into transparent optical fibers using a solvent‐free borax hydrogel‐spinning method. The fibers outperform PMMA with ≈200 MPa tensile strength and 200 °C stability, while uniquely guiding visible‐to‐NIR light and enabling additive‐free humidity sensing.
