De Novo Gene Transcription of Connexin Mediates Cytoplasmic Fluid Exchange and Flocking Transitions in Physiological and Cancerous Epithelial Systems

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
EGF‐induced de novo transcription of connexins Cx26 and Cx31 promotes flocking behavior that fluidizes epithelia and enables coordinated collective migration. Connexin‐driven cytoplasmic exchange mechanistically links growth‐factor signaling to invasive dynamics.

CSMA/CQ: A Novel SDN-Based Design to Enable Concurrent Execution of Channel Contention and Data Transmission in IEEE 802.11 Networks

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2017
Conventional 802.11 carrier sense multiple access/collision avoidance (CSMA/CA) networks perform channel contention and data transmission serially over a whole channel. This leads to low throughput efficiency.

Single‐Field Evolution Rule Governs the Dynamics of Representational Drift in Mouse Hippocampal Dorsal CA1 Region

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Long‐term hippocampal place‐code dynamics are investigated using calcium imaging across weeks of maze navigation. Analyses reveal a novelty‐irrelevant Single‐Field Evolution Rule (SFER), where active fields promote persistence and inactive fields decline.
